The main goal of the measure is to promote investment activities, create employment and accelerate the diversification of non-agricultural activities.

A specific goal of the measure is to use the potential for tourism development, combining natural and cultural values.

The measure aims to develop non-agricultural activities with potential for sustainable development, which is related to the creation of employment outside the agricultural sector. Non-agricultural economic sectors create employment, which is characterized by a lack of seasonality inherent in agricultural sectors. The measure also aims to create new products or services for the territory, which will contribute to the diversification of the local economy.

This procedure provides support for investments in non-agricultural activities aimed at:

Tourism development - construction and renovation of tourist sites, development and diversification of tourist services; This type of activity should be aimed at ensuring greater satisfaction of the interest of tourists, prolonging their stay, which will lead to higher added value for all economic activities in the territory, creating additional employment among local people and increasing their income.

Development of services in all non-agricultural sectors. The range of activities is wide. It includes care for children, the elderly, people with disabilities, health services, accounting and auditing services, veterinary activities and IT-based services, etc., and is not limited to these types of services.

Production or sale of products from non-agricultural activities; Production economic activities are also seen as generators of diverse and quality jobs. The investments made should lead to the improvement of the security of micro-enterprises on the territory with tangible and intangible assets in order to increase their competitiveness.

Production of energy from renewable energy sources for own consumption.

Development of crafts, including the provision of services related to the participation of visitors in craft activities and other non-agricultural activities.
