The overall aim of the procedure is to create conditions for equal access to education by creating a favorable, inclusive, innovative, energy-efficient, supportive and motivating educational environment that contributes to increasing the motivation for learning and self-training and improving the educational results of children and school students.
The specific objectives of the procedure are:
• Provision of a modern physical base that guarantees healthy and quality conditions for learning in the institutions of the preschool and school education system by creating/upgrading a secure, ecological, sustainable, inclusive, attractive, healthy and safe learning environment, upbringing and socialization of learners to develop their potential;
• Support for the transition to a single-shift training regime in schools where conditions for such an organization have not been created, and for overcoming the shortage of places in kindergartens.
