Completed/terminated procedure

The main objective of the present procedure is aimed at increasing organizational efficiency in the NII and increasing the institution's capacity for better provision of services and service to users through:

- development and implementation of the Integrated Information System of the insurance archive of the National Social Insurance Institution for comprehensive management and automation of the processes of digitization and automation of internal services, with the aim of faster and correct provision of information to Bulgarian citizens and business organizations, which to the maximum extent allowed them to protect their social security rights;

- development and implementation of a platform for sharing knowledge in the NII

- increasing the capacity and expertise of NII employees and their adaptation to changes in the way of serving users by developing green competences for sustainability, systematic training and/or self-training, building prerequisites for successful intra-departmental mobility, etc.
