The aim of this predefined project is to address the needs for improving health status and more effective implementation of national health policies in places where there are marginalized communities * living in conditions of extreme poverty and social exclusion. Marginalization in this case describes behavior and is not identical with ethnicity. In this sense, the main goal of the redefined project is to improve communication, efficient use of resources and coordination at the local level in the implementation of health policies for marginalized communities by optimizing the health mediation system, identifying and analyzing difficulties in the local system. level; problems in communicating with local communities and finding flexible working models that meet the diverse specifics of marginalized communities.
