BG06RDNP001-6.013 - Procedure through selection of project proposals under sub-measure 6.1 "Start-up aid for young farmers" of measure 6 "Development of farms and enterprises" of the RDP 2014 -

1. Facilitate and support the process of setting up viable and sustainable agricultural holdings or the uptake of existing holdings by young people.

2. Promoting employment.

3. Promoting economic and social development in rural areas and sustainable and digital economic recovery in line with agri-environmental and climate objectives, and in particular: resource efficiency, including precision and smart agriculture, innovation, digitalisation and modernization of production machinery and equipment, working safety conditions, renewable energy, circular and bioeconomy.
