The operation aims to support the development of social enterprises by facilitating the hiring of disadvantaged individuals and providing staff training to enhance skills, competencies, and qualifications. Support will be provided to help these enterprises achieve more sustainable development and better position their products and services, including through marketing and the acquisition of equipment.
Comprehensive development support will contribute to job sustainability within social enterprises and reduce the risk of poverty and social exclusion for the disadvantaged individuals employed by them. In this regard, the operation places emphasis on hiring women, persons with reduced work capacity, and the long-term unemployed in these types of enterprises.
