In the scope of this procedure young people under 29 years of age will be given the opportunity to participate in apprenticeship / training on the job with an employer.
The aim is to increase the competitiveness of young people by providing apprenticeships or training on the job, which will facilitate the transition from education to employment, and at the same time will lead to the accumulation of valuable professional experience required for appointment to the vacant job places requested by employers.
