The procedure will support the implementation of measures to promote the inclusion of the unemployed and inactive in the labor force and labor market participation, with a special additional focus on certain disadvantaged groups.
The main goal of the measure is to provide prerequisites for creating sustainable jobs in the municipalities of Simitli, Kresna and Strumyani for unemployed and inactive people. The aim will be achieved by implementing a combination of measures to provide appropriate training (vocational training and training in key competencies), including in the workplace, as well as providing various incentives for employers (purchase of equipment, furniture, DNA and business equipment, related to the creation of new jobs, equipment and adaptation of new jobs for people with disabilities, providing a mentor for people with disabilities) to create new jobs for a period of up to 12 months.
