The Ministry of Justice, in its capacity as Programme Operator of the Justice Programme of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, announces a call for project proposals under the Small Grant Scheme.
The purpose of this call is to select project proposals that will contribute to increased capacity and awareness in the field of juvenile justice and the fight against domestic violence and violence against women.
The call shall support the development and introduction of effective integrated approaches aimed at improving the status and opportunities of children in contact with the law and victims of domestic violence. The funded measures should contribute to increasing the access and quality of specialized services, with a special focus on vulnerable women and children from the Roma community. The implementation of the activities should encourage the active participation of the Roma community and cooperation with local institutions and stakeholders.
