The general objective of the operation is to support vulnerable groups for social inclusion by providing access to education and training for better realization in the labor market.
Specific objectives are:
— Supporting participation in various forms of lifelong learning through literacy and acquiring competences from the secondary level of primary education of vulnerable groups;
— Support for better realisation on the labour market of vulnerable groups by acquiring an initial stage or a basic level of education.
