The call is announced on the basis of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Government of the Slovak Republic on Scientific and Technological Cooperation, signed on December 1, 2005, in Sofia.
The leading institution under the programme on the part of the Slovak Republic is the Slovak Research and Development Agency, while on the Bulgarian side it is the Ministry of Education and Science (MES) through the Bulgarian National Science Fund (BNSF).
Projects in all scientific fields, including social sciences and humanities, will be funded.
