The overall objective of the operation is improving the quality of life and opportunities for social inclusion of people with disabilities and adults through ensuring of number of services in home environment and establishing of adequate resources (financial and human) for their delivery.
The specific objective of the operation is to establish a model of patronage cares for adults and persons with disabilities, including chronical diseases and permanent disabilities with the aim of ensuring of mobile integrated health-social services at their homes.
