The aim of the procedure is to support the opening of education and educational institutions to digital technologies by introducing new solutions for better personalized learning to enable teachers to take more targeted and effective approaches to each learner and to increase motivation, by encouraging self-study and self-assessment, as well as outside the classroom. The introduction of an unified educational platform for educational services and content will speed up the process of digitization of the Bulgarian educational system.
