The purpose of the procedure is to increase the quality of the provided social services to the users and to achieve energy savings (in social services, a subject of intervention) in amount of 30% per year compared to the base cost of primary energy before the implementation of the project via financing activities for energy efficiency, sanitation, repair activities and renovation of equipment and furnishings in existing social services in the community state delegated activities as well as implementation of anti-epidemic measures.
