The measure is designed to meet the need to improve the appearance of the settlements and build infrastructure for culture, sports and recreation. Such investments will improve the quality of life and will contribute to the development of tourism. It contributes to the improvement of the educational, cultural, sports-related services of the population, and they are important for retaining the younger population. It also addresses the need of the elderly population to support the expansion of the social patronage, the establishment of the Center, possibilities for social contacts and access to cultural services through investments for improvement of the building stock, equipping and furnishing of retirement clubs, community centers.

The measure addresses Specific Objective 3 "Improvement of local basic services to the population, including leisure, sports and culture and related infrastructure", Priority 2 "Improving the living environment and access to services for the population".

The planned investments will contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Rural Development Program and the community-led local development priorities for developing a dynamic living environment and improving the quality of life, developing practices and models for good governance and stakeholder involvement in the development of the territory .

Population benefiting from improved services broken down by type (children, youth, women, vulnerable groups) - 12000 people.
