Widening the territorial scope of the youth centres and increasing both the diversity of their activities and the number of youth and non-youth participating in these activities, of the Youth Centre, in order to ensure diversity of the activities and to match the needs and the aspirations of young people and representatives of the community, including the ones from the vulnerable groups. For the purposes of the programme, the „vulnerable groups” will beare considereddefined as: groups at higher risk of poverty and social exclusion than the general population, such as ethnic minorities, disabled people, drop-outs, coming from families with low level of education, coming from families with one parent, orphaned, migrants, struggling with substance abuse, homeless, unemployed.
