The objective of the measure is in line with the main strategic documents of Bulgaria and with OP Priority 2 (OP 2) of 2014-2020, aiming to create conditions for full integration of people with disabilities. The procedure is in pursuance of Specific Objective 3.2 of the Framework Program - Promoting the Social Inclusion of Persons from Marginalized Groups, Disabled People, Self-Employed Persons and other vulnerable communities.
