The aim of the procedure is to contribute to improving ambient air quality (AAQ) by reducing nitrogen dioxide levels and reducing excessive levels of fine particulate matter (PM10) from transport on the territory of municipalities with impaired AAQ according to this indicator in the period 2017-2021.
