BG05SFPR002-1.034 - Upgrading employees' competencies and working conditions in the company

This procedure provides financial support for investments under the Integrated Territorial Investments (ITI) approach, implemented through Integrated Territorial Development Strategies (ITDS) at the NUTS 2 regional level. All supported activities must align with the priorities defined in the relevant regional ITDS.

The primary objective is to enhance the skills of employed individuals by offering opportunities for qualification and upskilling, thereby enabling better adaptation to the evolving needs of employers and the labor market. The procedure also emphasizes the creation of a healthy and safe working environment, contributing to sustainable labor conditions and reducing workplace health risks.

Furthermore, the procedure allows employers to provide transport for employees — an important measure to address barriers to employment, particularly for individuals residing in remote or poorly connected regions.
