The procedure encourages investment in the food processing industry on the territory of the Isperih LAG, aiming at:
• adding value to local agricultural products;
• Development of short supply chains;
• Maximum recovery of waste.
The measure is also programmed to reduce market risk and hence to create more incentives for the development of non-traditional sectors of agriculture on the territory of the Isperih LAG.
