By funding with priority to activities that are highest in the waste management hierarchy, to contribute to the achievment of the objectives set out in Art. 31, para. 1 of the Waste Management Act with regard to household waste.
The activities to be funded under the procedure and the objectives to be achieved should relate to the treatment of household waste only and concern: prevention of their formation and / or preparation for re-use, and / or recycling them.
