The procedure aims to promote social dialogue and collective bargaining, through joint activities and increasing the capacity of social partners to develop tools and policies, to accelerate digital and sustainable transformation and to prepare and carry out reforms to better accommodate workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change by strengthening and strengthening social dialogue.
