The purpose of the operation is to provide support for the reintegration into employment of unemployed persons who have lost their jobs as a result of the pandemic and the spread of the coronavirus COVID - 19.

The objectives of the operation are also related to the reduction of regional differences in terms of regional employment by providing employment opportunities to unemployed groups of vulnerable persons.
