The procedure has been developed in the context of the Updated Action Plan for the National Strategy "Vision for deinstitutionalization of children in Bulgaria".
Expected results:
• Elimination of institutional care for children - a legal possibility and a real form of childcare;
• Elimination of residential care for children up to 3 years of age without disabilities;
• Providing quality care for children with disabilities, incl. with severe disabilities by creating day care centers for comprehensive support to children with disabilities and their families and centers for social rehabilitation and integration of children with disabilities
