The operation aims to increase the effectiveness and targeting of the implemented labor market policy by improving/upgrading the mid-term and long-term forecasts for the labor market and assessments of the net effect of the active labor market policy.

The implementation of the operation will improve the quality and effectiveness of the active labor market policy, as well as improve the information provision of the decision-making process in the field of the labor market.
