The procedure identifies as its main objective - increasing the competitiveness of agriculture in the municipality of Kirkovo - Zlatograd. The development of available material capacities on farms, incl. small farms (as defined in the RDP 2014-2020), which is financed under this measure should contribute to the overall improvement of the economic competitiveness of the municipalities.
The specific objectives of the measure are:
promoting the introduction of new technologies in the production and modernization of physical capital;
conservation of environmental components;
Compliance with the European Union (EU) standards and improvement of the conditions on the agricultural holdings;
Promotion of cooperation between farmers;
The procedure is for farmers, with a min of 2000 Euros (market value of the holding) or legal entities with income related to agricultural activities.
