Provide prerequisites for creating sustainable employment for inactive and permanently unemployed people with secondary or lower education. The purpose of this procedure is to provide these preconditions for the creation of sustainable jobs, activation and integration into employment for unemployed and economically inactive persons. The implementation of this procedure will contribute both to securing temporary and permanent employment among the local population through the planned capacity building and qualification activities.
