Completed/terminated procedure

The procedure will provide support for the development of horizontal and central eGovernment systems with a view to implementing the Unified Model for Application, Payment and Provision of Electronic Administrative Services and transition to complex administrative service delivery.

The objectives of the procedure are:

1. Reduction of administrative and regulatory burden on citizens and businesses and transition to complex administrative service delivery by electronic means.

2. Delivery of high quality e -services available to citizens and businesses
