The purpose of the procedure is to provide support for maintaining the employment of employees in enterprises that have directly ceased economic activity as a result of anti-epidemic measures imposed against the spread of COVID-19.
Due to the exceptional circumstances caused by the epidemic outbreak in the country by COVID-19, by order of the Minister of Health, the activity of enterprises from sectors with observed diffuse spread of the virus was suspended.
The operation aims, as a matter of priority, to provide timely support to the affected employers in order to maintain the employment of their employees, while also helping to speed up the recovery after the measures have been lifted.
