Increasing access and quality of training for all stakeholders by building a network of digital clubs throughout the country, equipped with appropriate equipment and internet connectivity, enabling free and open use by individuals.
The aim of this measure is to increase the participation of the population in lifelong learning and social inclusion by providing access to training opportunities in an electronic distance environment.
The digital clubs will serve as access points to available electronic resources for various types of training, including digital skills, located on various e-learning platforms, access to online training and self-learning. Mentors will be appointed in the clubs to support individuals, including disadvantaged individuals, persons of Roma origin, older persons, etc., who do not have the necessary digital skills to fully participate in online training courses.
