Completed/terminated procedure

The purpose of the procedure is to provide support to enterprises and self-insured persons whose economic activity is directly affected by the adverse effects of the state of emergency imposed in the country, declared by a decision of the National Assembly of March 13, 2020 caused by the coronavirus pandemic. COVID-19.

The procedure is aimed at overcoming and limiting the negative socio-economic consequences of the pandemic. It will provide an opportunity to implement short-term employment support assistance, through which employers and self-employed persons will receive funds to maintain the employment of those at risk of dismissal as a result of discontinued employment or reduced working hours in enterprises directly affected by the state of emergency.
