Completed/terminated procedure

Within the framework of this procedure, only the activity for the Purchase of electric vehicles and related charging stations for the purposes of providing social services will be implemented. It is permissible to purchase additional equipment for electric vehicles that will be beneficial to service users. Given that electric vehicles are used to provide social services, which are a state-delegated activity throughout the entire municipality, including mobile teams that provide services at the users' homes, and given that a large part of the users are elderly people and/or adults with disabilities, as additional equipment for electric vehicles, the specific final recipients of funds may purchase: a multifunctional telemedicine suitcase for mobile diagnostics and/or a telemedicine device for various examinations and remote diagnosis and/or an automatic external defibrillator and/or a professional blood pressure monitor with SIM connectivity for remote monitoring and/or portable oxygen concentrators. The objective of the entire investment is to increase energy efficiency, reduce energy dependence and improve operational sustainability in the social services sector through two complementary components/activities: installation of photovoltaic systems in municipal social services and provision of electric light commercial vehicles in support of social activities.
