Objective 1: Support for some of the measures and activities included in the Roadmap for Implementation of the Strategy for Development of Public Administration 2015-2020 under the following specific objectives:
1.1 Establishment of a sustainable legal framework;
1.3 Enhancement of planning and further development of program and result-oriented budgeting;
1.4 Institutional structure improvement;
1.5 Improvement of coordination and structure of local administration;
2.1 Effective dialogue with citizens, their organizations and the media;
2.3 Partnership for a better regulatory environment;
3.1 Facilitation of data exchange and raising public awareness, open data;
3.2 Better monitoring and evaluation of policies;
4.2 Improved selection of civil servants;
4.5 Enhanced capacity for participation in the EU decision-making process and fulfillment of the commitments of Bulgaria.
Objective 2: Support for the implementation of strategic projects on Environment Protection Policy, Climate Change Policy and on the development of NATURA 2000 protected sites
