The purpose of the procedure is to create and ensure effective functioning during the first years of youth centers that provide a variety of activities (including international activities) and comprehensive services to help the personal development and employability of students and young people up to the age of 29.
The activities provided must meet the highest standards in the field of youth work and help overcome social isolation and unfitness for the labor market. The activities in the centers should also be oriented towards the labor market by establishing formal or informal partnerships with local businesses. Centers should strive to achieve higher labor market applicability, better quality and a clearer inclusive nature of non-formal education as a core approach in youth work.
