The present budget line is the simple form of granting the direct beneficiaries - 28 municipalities to cities from the fourth level, according to the National Spatial Development Concept for the period 2013-2025 for improving their administrative capacity as a beneficiaries of OPRG 2014-2020 under Priority axis 2 “Support for energy efficiency in the centres of support in the peripheral areas” of the Operational Programme "Regions for Growth " 2014-2020
