The implementation of the measure aims to promote social welfare, poverty reduction and economic development in the territory of FLAG Shabla-Kavarna-Balchik, through investments in improving the living environment.

The support of the measure will create, improve or expand small-scale infrastructure in the fishing area, including public infrastructure for recreation and tourist information and the improvement and expansion of basic services, including recreation, sports and leisure.
