To ensure continuity of the inevstment process in WSS sector untill the preparation of Regional Feasibility studies (RFSs) in order to increase the number of agglomerations in compliance with the requirements of Directive 91/271/EEC concerning urban waste-water treatment and Directive 98/83/EC on the quality of water intended for human consumption.
