The implementation of the measure aims to contribute to improving the health, safety and working conditions of fishermen, improving working conditions and safety at work by supporting investment in individual safety equipment. Investment under the measure is expected to improve the quality of jobs, which positively affects the attractiveness of the sector by encouraging the involvement of young people.
