The aim of this operation is to continue to support the process of deinstitutionalization of the care of children placed in the homes for children deprived of parental care and the homes for medical and social care for children and the closure of these institutions. The implementation of the scheme will ensure the preparation for the creation and delivery of new services in a family environment and in the community throughout the country.
