The municipality of Chirpan has a low level of added value to agricultural production, in connection with which this measure aims to support investments in the processing and supply and/or development of agricultural products. The measure aims to improve the overall activity, economic efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises from the food processing industry through:
better use of production factors;
introduction of new products, processes and technologies, including short supply chains;
improving the quality and safety of foods and their traceability;
compliance with European Union (EU) standards;
improving environmental protection
