The operation will provide vouchers for the provision of necessities and goods to displaced persons from Ukraine in accordance with the Implementing Decision of the Council of the European Union /EU/2022/382 of 04 March 2022 establishing the existence of a mass influx of displaced persons from Ukraine within the meaning of Article 5 of Directive 2001/55/EC and introducing temporary protection. In addition to the provision of vouchers, the persons also receive accompanying support - advice on their rights to social benefits and the use of social services, etc. in accordance with needs identified .The services implemented under the OPHRD which also address support measures to displaced persons from Ukraine are used to achieve a full completeness of support.
