The operation is in response to the constantly growing demand for labor and the need to make targeted efforts and take actions to attract a workforce with appropriate labor characteristics, on the one hand, to Bulgaria, and on the other, to depopulated areas of the country.
The operation will provide "packages" to support mobility for persons residing abroad, with the aim of their inclusion in the Bulgarian labor market, as well as for persons residing in Bulgaria and wishing to start work in smaller settlements with a population of less than 50 thousand people.
