The operation is directed to the institutions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy system and aims to contribute to the transfer and introduction of social innovations, good practices, partnership approaches to finding solutions for common problems, building specific partnership skills etc., in the areas of the labor market, social inclusion, equal opportunities and non-discrimination, working conditions and the building of administrative capacity in them.
