Completed/terminated procedure

The procedure is in fulfillment of the measures laid down in the HRD 2021 - 2027 to support the reform of the employment service and improve the quality of the services provided by it. The objectives of the procedure are tied to the provision of more efficient and better quality services, in the context of the constantly developing labor market. Along with the achieved results, the labor market services also face new challenges related to the efficient and high-quality implementation of new services, which requires the modernization process to continue at an increased pace. The modernization of the activity of the Employment Agency is aimed at increasing the capacity of the institution in order to improve its functioning in response to the challenges related to the increased demand for labor force, digitization of services, the introduction of non-standard forms of work, etc
