The purpose of the procedure is to improve the quality and successful implementation of municipal projects co-financed by ESIF through:

• Development of the capacity of municipal administrations in the preparation and implementation of projects co-financed by ESIF ;

• Providing an environment for communication and exchange of good practices in the implementation of projects co-financed by ESIF;

• Improving the quality of public procurement documentation in the implementation of projects co-financed by ESIF.
