As a result of the supported activities, it is expected to improve the competitiveness and increase the potential for export and improve the market presence of SMEs in the territory of the Balchik-General Toshevo LAG by introducing and implementing management systems, good manufacturing practices, ICT-based systems and applications for business management, as well as implementation of business process reengineering activities.
