Measure 1 "Support for investment in agricultural holdings" aims at:

 Increasing the share of the agricultural sector in the economy on the territory of the Hissarya LAG;

 Increasing the employment in the agricultural sector on the territory of the Hissarya LAG;

 Improving the competitiveness of agricultural holdings on the territory of LIS Hissar by:

• introduction of new technologies in production;

• modernization of physical capital;

• increasing the productivity of labor on farms;

• achieving compliance with EU standards in the field.

 Environmental protection, incl. by introducing new and energy-saving technologies, investments to reduce agricultural pollution.

 Providing support for the development of organic farming.

 Promoting cooperation between farmers.

The results of the implementation of the measures under this measure are:

- 20% share of young farmers funded under the measure

- A farm that has introduced a new product or technology

- 5 acres of new plantations

- An added value project for agricultural products
