- promoting the introduction of new technologies in production and modernization of physical capital;
- protection of the components of the environment;
- compliance with European Union (EU) standards and improving conditions on agricultural holdings;
- promoting cooperation between farmers.

Прием по втория срок за кандидатстване ще бъде проведен само в случай, че по мярката няма подадени и одобрени проекти по първия срок за кандидатстване, или ако има такива, е останал наличен финансов ресурс по мярката. В случай, че няма наличен финансов ресурс за втория прием за кандидатстване, същият няма да бъде отворен в ИСУН 2020.
