The purpose of the procedure is to improve access and increase the quality of school education in small settlements, as well as to reduce the number of those not covered by the education system, school dropouts and early school leavers. The procedure will support the access to education of the children and students at risk of dropping out of the educational system, will contribute to the effective inclusion and increase of the educational results of the marginalized communities in the separate settlements of the region.
