The purpose of the procedure is to promote the inclusion or reintegration into the labor market of unemployed and inactive persons and the creation of new jobs. The measure encourages the development of sustainable and quality employment throughout the LAG and supports labor mobility as well as increasing the skills of the population. This will be achieved through a combination of jobs to provide employment, acquire new skills, including at work, and provide diverse incentives for employers to open up new jobs
